About Me

New to blogging. Feel this is a good way to express myself. I'm looking forward to reading other blogs and connecting with people who share similar views. I was raised LDS, but no longer accept their views. I love philosophy and have really enjoyed the Epicurean ideals. Life is about balance. Freedom from pain, and learning to control our desires. If God is real, well then he is real. I don't think he/she or it, has any real interest in our day to day affairs.

I am a liberal and can't stand most republican positions. They typically only benefit rich, white americans. While I wish I could be more patriotic, I don't really see the point. Most politicians don't give a shit about you or I.
